Refund policy
At Yacin NYC, we want you to love your pieces as much as we loved creating them. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns for Store Credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Because we produce each garment with care in small batches, we do not offer refunds at this time. Instead, returned items will be issued as Store Credit, so you can find the perfect piece when the time is right.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
All returns and exchanges are subject to a $10 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from you store credit or applied to the exchange, this applies for U.S customers only.
You are responsible for safely packaging and shipping the return using the label we provide.
How to Request a Return or Exchange:
- Email us at Yacinnyc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for store credit or an exchange.
- We'll send you a return shipping label within 1-2 business days.
- Drop off your package within 5 days of receiving your label.
Store Credit:
Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll receive an email with a Store Credit Code via email equal to the item's value, minus the $10 shipping fee. Your credit will never expire and can be used on any future Yacin NYC purchase.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exhange for another size or item, let us know in your return email. We'll confirm availability and ship your replacement item once your return is received.
